UCM assists clients in meeting their shelter needs by providing rental assistance to avoid eviction.

 

UCM may not be able to pay an entire month's rent especially if cliets owe more than one month of payments or their expenses far exceed their income.

 

Assistance may be given as a conditional commitment where clients pay their portion of payment before UCM does.

 

Checks are made directly to the property owner or manager.

We are open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from

9-11am for financial assistance.

Financial assistance may be considered no sooner than every 6 months.
